Hi there!!

i am in the middle of my boat build and i have a few questions. i am building some boats that i got from marsh-monster but that is what i bought before i knew there were better plans out there. anyhow i was wondering if i could get some advise from you seasoned pros...

so here goes.

I just purchased 11 dozen blue bills, 1 dozen ringnecks, 1 dozen redheads, 1 dozen cans, and 1.5 dozen coots. so with this being my decoy list...how do you arrange them into a layout hunt?? i have no clue as i am used to hunting puddle ducks from my boat blind pushed into the weeds...(did i mention im a rookie here!!!) i am looking to hide 2-3 layout boats in my decoy set up. i hope i have enough. the areas i will be hunting are not that deep...just about 3 feet as that is how deep most areas are here in Northern Utah. any drawings on decoy set up would be great(even if drawn crudely from using windows paint)! i dont really know how to set up. i will be using texas rigs and not long lines at least for now. so each decoy will have its own wieght. how does wind direction play into set up? please feel free to let it all out as i will soak it all up like a sponge!!!
